The following hors d’oeuvre menu structure is set up for you to plan your event and make it as Unique as possible. Our enclosed
hors d’oeuvre selection menu lists some of our other selections which may be substituted for items on our suggested menus. All
menus include glass plates, stainless flatware, cocktail napkins, glass punch cups and wait staff. All food and beverage items on this
menu are subject to 18% gratuity and 9% sales tax. All prices are subject to change. For offsite functions there is an additional offsite

Option I – Choose 3 Cold Hors d’oeuvres and 2 Hot Hors d’oeuvres

Option III – Choose 3 Cold Hors d’oeuvres and 4 Hot Hors d’oeuvres

Option IV – Choose 4 Cold Hors d’oeuvres and 4 hot Hors d’oeuvres

Optional Stations are available to add to your event as well as to make it more special for you and your guest.

Thai Peanut Chicken Satay
A tender strip of chicken marinated in a delicious blend of peanuts and spicy
Thai sauce, woven on a skewer.

Cajun Chicken Satay
A taste of New Orleans. A tender strip of chicken is marinated in zesty Cajun
sauce then woven on a skewer.

Tandoori Chicken Satay
The exotic flavors of roasted garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, cumin & real lime
juice are combined for a robust rub for our Tandoori chicken satay.

Lime Marinated Chicken Skewers
Bites of Chicken marinated in lime juice and put on a skewer. Served with
Avocado Cream Dip.

Beef Brochettes
A tender piece of sirloin nestled between peppers and onions on a skewer.

Beef Satay

Tender pieces of chicken nestled between pineapple chunks,

Roasted Tomato Bruschetta
Thick French bread is hand sliced then layered with olive oil and roasted red
tomatoes. To make it even more irresistible we top off with a blend of basil &

Tender bits of beef, peppers and onions are seasoned and rolled in a flour tortilla

Smashed potato station
You’ve never seen mashed like this before. Design your own creation of
smashed potatoes with an array of toppings. Includes Fresh Bacon Bits,
Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, Chives, and Whipped Butter.
Presented to your guest in a Martini glass.


Italian Pasta Station
Assorted pastas served with choices of homemade marinara, basil pesto, Roasted
Garlic Alfredo, Chicken and Vegetables.

 Bananas foster station
Enjoy flaming sautéed bananas and French Vanilla Ice Cream topped with 151 Rum.

The aroma of chocolate in our Chocolate Fondue Fountain will
delight all of your guests. A rich silky smooth chocolate fondue
flowing down the fountain. Served with fresh berries, sliced fruit,
